The Yellowknife Multisport Club promotes fitness in our community through fun, family-oriented events. We organize and promote running, cycling and multisport events. We encourage people of all fitness levels to join us, and we value participation over performance. What is a Pedal Paddle Pound? A triathlon, only with paddling instead of swimming!
- 19 km cycle from Ski Club to Cassidy Point
- 16 km canoe or kayak from Cassidy Point (portaging Tartan Rapids) to the Yellowknife River bridge

The Overlander Sports Marathon, Half-Marathon and 10km run will be held on Sunday , 16 August 2015. The marathon was instituted in commemoration of the fabled run of the Greek messenger Pheidippides, sent to relay the news of the victory at the Battle of Marathon. We do our best to honour his memory.
